Your Journey:

Weeks 1–2: Awaken Your Intuition

• In our experience, we’ve found that certain key teachings and understandings must be integrated before true transformation can occur.

• We will use these 2 weeks to lay the foundation and  give you specific teachings, guided breathwork, and curated readings.

• Explore the insight of Human Design
  Learn your  intuitive YES/NO cues and 

• Understand foundational food alignment, and how to support your body over the next 8 weeks.

• Understand your unique intuitive style and embody it with ease
   

 

Weeks 3–5: Deep Personal Transformation (1:1 sessions)

• 1:1 private sessions tailored to your needs with Krystal and Rena
  
   

Weeks 6–7: Group Integration & Expansion

• Group hypnotherapy sessions to rewire your subconscious programming

• Group explorations and partner readings to enhance your intuition

• Practices to uncover and release core blocks, ignite creative desires, and play with your intuitive gifts
   

Week 8: Radiate & Celebrate

• Integration circle and sharing

• Special cacao ceremony to anchor and celebrate your transformation
