Emotional and Intuitive Integration
Emotional and Intuitive Integration focuses on how patterns are held in your body and nervous system.

When emotions, beliefs, or stress are not fully processed, they can stay in the body and keep it in a state of stress. This can make it harder for symptoms to fully shift.

Sometimes the missing piece is not another protocol, but helping the body process what it has been holding onto so it can finally shift.
You may resonate with this work if you are experiencing:
-
Overwhelm or reactivity
-
Mood swings or fatigue
-
Chronic stress
-
Disconnected from body signals
-
Poor boundaries
-
Indecision or feeling stuck
-
Overthinking or exhaustion
-
Self doubt
-
Ignoring gut instincts
-
Chronic physical symptoms
This is where I begin when patients feel stuck.
When this approach is helpful
This work is especially helpful if you feel stuck, disconnected, or like you have tried many approaches but nothing has fully shifted.

This process helps you understand how your body responds, recognize patterns, and begin shifting them in a grounded and sustainable way.
How I approach Emotional & Intuitive Integration
I use emotionally focused acupuncture, homeopathy, hypnotherapy, breathwork, and guided inquiry to bring these patterns into awareness and gently release them from the body. This allows us to work with both the physical body and the deeper patterns that may not have been addressed yet.

In sessions, this looks like identifying patterns in real time, understanding how they show up in your body, and working through them in a supported and structured way.
Regulating the nervous system
At the same time, we work on regulating the nervous system and strengthening your connection to your body. This includes learning how to recognize your body’s signals, respond to them, and develop a clearer sense of what feels aligned for you.
A different approach to healing
This is not about forcing change or trying to override your system. It is about creating the conditions where your body can process, regulate, and integrate at its own pace.

As this happens, people often notice shifts not only in their emotional state, but also in their physical health, clarity, and overall sense of connection to themselves.

This is often where I begin when patients feel like they have tried everything, but something still has not shifted.
