The 7 Day Reset

When your body needs a pause,
not another push

A short supported reset to calm inflammation, rebalance digestion, and reconnect with your body.

 

During the reset:

• Remove sugar, gluten & dairy and any allergens that you are sensitive to.

• 4 live 45-minute online check-ins

• Gentle guidance, education, meditation & accountability

• Nervous-system-supportive approach

• No detox extremes. No perfection required.

The Soka Circle

Connection. Community. Wellbeing

Join Dr. Rena for a monthly  90 minute online gathering designed to nurture your body, mind, and spirit through community connection.

 

Each session includes:

  • A grounding meditation to arrive in presence

  • Exploration of a meaningful theme for self-growth and wholeness.  We will incorporate Naturopathic principles & Chinese Medicine philosophy.

  •  Group sharing to foster connection and collective wisdom

  •  A closing, guided hypnotherapy journey tailored by Dr. Rena to support deep integration and healing

 

This monthly circle offers a safe, supportive space to reconnect with yourself and with others walking a similar path.

Group Healing Guidelines
In group healing spaces, it’s natural for strong emotions and personal stories to arise. At the same time, this is a shared container where everyone deserves the opportunity to feel seen, heard, and supported.

​

I ask that you come with mindfulness and respect for the group as a whole. Please share from the heart, but be mindful not to dominate the space or use it as a place to offload everything at once. Our intention here is healing and connection — which means leaving room for everyone’s voice and experience.
